During inspection, I found the lid lock has failed. Customer told me the unit was only 3-months old. I advised him that the unit is still under manufactures warranty and could be fixed free-of-charge by the manufacturer’s warranty. He then asked if I had the lid lock in stock, which I did not since the unit is new. The lid lock I had was not compatible with the newer unit. Custoker is going to call G.E. Job completed.
