customers complaint is that the washer was moving around too much and that the dryer would not start. I began diagnostics and found customers suspensions how to completely worn out and that the dryer door switch was shorted out as well. customer declined estimate and said that they had extra units stored and that they were just going to swap them out instead of move forward with repair. Job complete

During testing, noted that the timer is binding really bad. This has also caused the knob that turns the timer to break as well, due to the timer being so hard to turn. I will need to replace the timer and knob together. Insatlled new parts. Tested unit and found no further issues. Job completed.

Found heater element had shorted out. Installes new heater element. Tested unit and found no further issues. Job completed.

During testing, found that both compartments were warm to the touch. I removed the back panel and check power to the compressor. the power would come on and go directly off. I tested the cools on the compressor and found 12.6 ohms between all three pins. This is gonna be a bad inverter board. Customer has decided to purchase a part himself.Job completed.
