During inspection, found that the door is not being secured by the door locks. Also, the front touch panel has worn to the point you can’t see the touch button pads. We need to replace all door switches and switch holders. Also need to replace the touch membrane.

customers complaint is that they were hearing a scratching noise on the dryer. I found the drum glides had completely worn away and was exposing metal from underneath causing the noise to let the customer know that they are due to be replaced. replaced drum glide supports and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete

During diagnostics, I checked the temperature of the refrigerator and freezer. Freezer 8 degrees Refrigerator 41 degrees. I found no issues with the evap fan or blend door. No frost build up in the freezer section. This is consistent with compressor failure. I informed the customer of the Class Action Lawsuit that Samsung is under right now do to their compressors prematurely failing. Customer is going to contact Samsung. Job completed.

During diagnostics, the unit was plugged in on arrival, but no power. I unplugged the unit and plugged it back in and it came on. The unit is operating normally. It’s possible the outlet has an intermittent issue. The microwave is fine. Job completed.

During diagnostics, I found the touch panel unresponsive. Fautly touch panel. Customer is going to fix it hisself. Job completed.
