customers complaint is that the dishwasher would not drain or start. I diagnosed the issue and found the dishwasher getting power but would not come on at all. This is a common issue where the main power relay board shorts out. it will need a new board upgrade kit between display panel and power relay board. customer had another company through their home warranty working on it. dishwasher has sat way too long and is now covered in black mold and bacteria growth. I do not recommend repair. the black mold is a health hazard for any continued use. recommended Cash out options on repair to Home warranty.

customer complaint is that the microwave started sparking violently and shut off during mid-cycle. customer mentioned that it is a down issue with the double-plated shelf feature. I confirmed that the shelf got too hot and melted the shelf support which was made out of plastic exposing the internals of the microwave. the microwaves had reached the internals of the microwave and damage the microwave inner-frame. the frame and the shelf support are part of the interior inside the microwave which is not replaceable or repairable. reporting issue to customers warranty company.
