Customer complaint: Its hooked up with the pump, but the pump is not working, they need to unplug before it work and not washing clothes. Initial visit (Nov 6) — Tim B: The customer called in about a drainage issue. Home warranty mistakenly took it as a washer draining problem. Customer is having an issue with an external pump in the basement that helps pump drainage water into the sewage lines. This is a plumber's issue. Work order is being transferred to a plumber.
