Customer complaint: Leaking water. Initial visit (Nov 4) — Tim B: Assessment Upon inspection, the door was not closing completely flush against the main top, preventing a proper seal. The door hinges were worn out and misaligned, and two plastic covers were further obstructing complete door closure. Work performed To adjust hinge alignment, tension was applied using padding at the base of the hinges while carefully reshaping them by pressing on the top of the door. Following this adjustment, the door was tested and verified to shut and seal correctly. Outcome: Repaired.
