Customer complaint: It is not moving through the cycle. Same problem. Initial visit (Nov 3) — Mike S: Reported concern The customer reported a recurring issue with a previously repaired wire harness. Assessment Inspection confirmed that the wire harness had broken again. Further examination revealed that the harness was twisted near the top of its routing down the side of the tub, creating stress on the wiring that contributed to the repeat failure. Work performed The damaged wiring was stripped back approximately five inches to ensure a solid connection and spliced. The harness was then re-routed along the side of the tub to eliminate the twist and prevent future strain on the wires. The unit was restored to proper operating condition, and the service was completed at no charge under warranty.
