Customer complaint: Display not turning on/off. Control panel not working. Initial visit (Nov 2) — Tim B: Work performed The touchpad user interface (UI) assembly was replaced. Assessment Following the replacement, complete operational testing was performed on the unit. All touchpad controls responded correctly, the customer the appliance passed all functional checks without issue. Outcome: Repaired.
