Assessment Inspection revealed a piece of foreign debris lodged inside the drain pump. This blockage physically obstructed the pump, preventing the unit from evacuating water during the drain cycle. Work performed The technician removed the trapped debris from the drain pump housing. Following the removal, the appliance was run through a test cycle to verify operation. The pump cleared the water correctly, and all drainage functions tested normally.
