Replaced Water inlet valve and test unit and everything tested out okay. plug to the unit in and everything seemed to be working just fine. unable to duplicate customers problem.. job complete replaced regulator switch and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete customers complaint is that the door has a dent in it, that the top spray arm is missing, dishwasher vibrating too much and making too much noise during wash. replaced idler pulley and sent full report to AHS. Job complete customers main control board has back shorted again due to a faulty drain pump. customer will need a new control board and drain pump again to resolve issue. first American putting unit into replacement 5.0 out of 5 from 1 preserved local surveys. Tim was extremely thorough and explained exactly what was wrong with our dryer and even left the broken part with us. He went above above and beyond. Highly recommend!Recent appliance service

during my diagnosis I noticed the cosmetic issues with the door having a dent in it and the top sprayer missing.
During my testing of the motor. it appears to be functioning as normal however it seems to be quite loud do to age.
this is a 20 plus year old Bosch dishwasher. issues have accumulated over time during usage.
