Assessment During diagnostic testing in service mode, a loud grinding noise was observed originating from the transmission, alongside a clicking noise coming from the clutch assembly. Further physical inspection revealed that the suspension dampeners are also worn out. These conditions directly impair the drive system and vibration dampening capabilities of the unit. Next steps Given the unit's 13-year age and the cumulative cost required to replace the transmission, clutch, and dampeners, the customer elected to replace the appliance rather than proceed with repairs.
