Customer complaint: OTHER not spinning properly/ noises/. Initial visit (Oct 20) — Tim B: During the diagnosis on the customers washer. I found that they had bad suspension rods. Replaced suspension rods and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Parts installed: DC97-16350D DC97-16350T Suspension Rods X4 KIT ( USE BOUNCE BE GONE GREASE ). Outcome: Repaired.

Samsung Dryer
Customer complaint: Not Coming On, Not Drying, Not Heating. Initial visit (Oct 20) — Tim B: During my diagnosis on the dryer I tested the dryer for proper heating and the dryer did get hot. The dryer setting was on eco-dry which turns the heater off and tries to air dry. After turning the setting off my tested for proper heating for 160° f and the dryer reached it's top minimum temperature. Customer likely has a dryer vent issue.
