Customer complaint: Not Working. Initial visit (Oct 19) — Mike S: Assessment During the diagnostic inspection, the microwave door switches were found to have shorted out. Failed door interlock switches prevent the appliance from operating, as they act as a key safety mechanism to ensure the unit only runs when the door is fully closed and sealed. Work performed Installed a complete set of new door switches to restore the safety interlock circuit. Following the installation, operated and tested the microwave through a complete cycle to confirm normal operation. The unit is functioning correctly with no further issues observed, and the repair is complete. Parts installed: MICRO SWITCH MICROWAVE. Outcome: Repaired.
