customers complaint is that the dryer was smoking and there was signs of sparking near the timer. turn my diagnosis I found some small areas of a small lint fire, the drum seal was completely torn away which was causing a small spark during spin and the dryer door switch was broken. I replaced the switch and drum seal and removed all the dryer lint. testing unit and the unit tested out okay. job complete complaint is that the washer would not start sometimes and there was not enough water coming in. I found the a loose connection to the door switch and the inlet valve on the cold side was not opening all the way for proper water flow. installed valve and fixed connections and everything tested out okay. Job complete replaced motor coupling on washer and tested the unit for proper spin and everything tested out okay. replaced high limit fuse and tested the unit and everything tested out okay. job complete customers complaint is that the washer would not signing properly and the washer was leaking in the front. I found debris buildup on the glass causing it not to seal properly and the drain filter was clogged with debris as well. performed a proper cleaning and fixed issue with the drain filter and everything tested out okay. Job complete replaced thermal fuse on dryer and tested everything. Job complete 5.0 out of 5 from 1 preserved local surveys. I was very impressed with Tim.
