Whirlpool Washer
Whirlpool Washer
Customer complaint: Not advancing through cycles. Initial visit (Oct 14) — Tim B: Assessment Diagnostic testing was performed on the unit's mechanical and electrical control components. The lid switch/lock assembly tested OK and operates within normal parameters. However, testing revealed multiple failed electrical components, including a faulty actuator, a compromised wire harness, and a defective main control board. These failures prevent the unit from properly executing or completing cycles. Next steps Recommend replacing the shift actuator, wire harness, and main control board. Once the damaged components are installed, a complete calibration and operational test cycle should be performed to verify full functionality.. Due to all the failures AHS has decided to push the washer into replacement options.
